Melba Sammons Holliday is a Managing Partner and Certified Senior Coach of Atlantic Leadership Group and has also served as Business Manager since 1994.  Melba's roles include leadership program facilitator, personal coach, and public speaker. 

Melba has 23 years of professional experience including six years as an independent business owner of a Florida-based fitness training company. Melba holds a B.A. Degree in Health Services Administration from Florida International University.

Melba is a specialist in individual coaching, certified coach through Results Coaching Systems, and an experienced facilitator of LMI programs. She has an exceptional ability to listen to the client's total message and make it easier for the client to become clear about their goals and highly motivated internally to take action on their plans.

Melba focuses on helping clients in the areas of personal productivity and leadership and profile evaluation tools for coaching and hiring purposes.
